Throwback Thursday

I placed my order online on the Chipotle website because I hate waiting in long lines- especially at Chipotle where the lines are guaranteed to be out the door. I get to the store, bypass the long line and proceed to the register because I’m the smart one, lines are for dummies.

Fifteen minutes later, I was still waiting on my food and the line was gone- including the people who walked into the store after me.

I pulled out my blackberry to blog about my outrage! so y’all can be outraged! right along with me, but I busted out laughing instead. No, it was funny.

See, if I had been someone else eating at Chipotle, and saw some chick acting like she’s all that, smugly proceeding to the head of the line only to watch the line dwindle and 15 minutes later, she’s waiting all alone at the register like an idiot, I would have fallen out my seat laughing.

I’m sorry, that’s the kind of person I am. It would have made. my. evening.
